From single mom on government financial assistance to being an 8 figure entrepreneur, her real life experience and expertise is so valuable! Kristi speaks words to inspire and help high achievers in their success and live with purpose, gain clarity and let go of what no longer serves them to be the best version of themself. Before becoming a life coach and motivational speaker, her career of over 27 years was in multi-family housing and a business owner for over 22 years. She started in the apartment business at 26 as a leasing agent, and at 32, started her first company in multi-family asset management. Alliance Management Group’s portfolio grew to over 80 million in multi-family housing. At the age of 38, Kristi was one of the founders and partners in Carlsbad Management Group which reached over 500 million in its management portfolio. A former member of the board of directors of the National Apartment Association, and recipient of the Top 40 under 40 of Oklahoma City at age of 35, she has served in many leadership roles and been a mentor to women in business and in life. As a business owner, speaker and life coach, Kristi brings transformation to audiences by speaking at both live and virtual events. She created The Flourishing Edge in which she offers an online membership group and also personalized one on one coaching.

- Kristi splits her time living between the beach life in San Diego..Carlsbad to be exact and the charming community of Norman, OK – the best of both worlds!
- Whether it’s a morning workout in the gym or a beach walk at sunset, Kristi thrives on the energy of fitness! She trains hard like she might be called in for the reserve team of the superheroes Avengers. lol
- Coffee isn’t just a beverage for Kristi; it’s her love language. And when it comes to splurging, it’s all about those creamy, frothy lattes!…no flavor please.
- Kristi’s cocktail game is as refined as her taste – she doesn’t settle for anything less than the perfect dirty martini.
- Meet Miss Scarlett, the adorable Maltese who holds the reins of Kristi’s heart (and occasionally her schedule) with paw-some authority.
