Focusing on how we breathe is vital to our well being. These breathing exercises can be grounding and help expand your self awareness.

I don’t know about you, but I’m a visual learner. So after I wrote the article, Breathe Your Way to Calm earlier this week, I decided it might be more helpful to do a video tutorial on both of the calming breathing techniques I wrote about.

Both of these breathing exercises bring calmness to the body and mind while balancing the nervous system. I offer these tips for easing anxiety, stress, irritability or slowing down the mind when thoughts are racing.
